ICE-CInno 2026
| 1. Eligibility ICE-CInno 2026 is open to students, educators, researchers, innovators, and the public based on the categories provided by the organizer. Participants may register individually or in groups. Each participant or team is allowed to submit only original projects or innovations. Projects that contain plagiarism or copyright infringement will be disqualified immediately. |
| 2. Registration Participants must complete the online registration form before the closing date. All information submitted must be accurate and complete. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the registration details and uploaded documents are correct. Late registrations will not be entertained unless approved by the organizer. |
| 3. Payment Registration fees must be paid according to the category selected. Proof of payment must be uploaded during registration. Registration fees are non-refundable after successful submission unless stated otherwise by the organizer. |
| 4. Submission of Projects All submissions must be made online through the platform specified by the organizer. Participants are required to submit all required materials, including: • Project report/poster • Presentation slides • Video presentation (if required) All submitted files must follow the format and file size requirements provided by the organizer. Late submissions will not be accepted. |
| 5. Online Presentation Participants may be required to present their projects through online platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams. Participants are responsible for ensuring stable internet connection and suitable devices during the presentation session. Failure to attend the online presentation session may affect the evaluation process. |
| 6. Judging Criteria Projects will be evaluated based on: • Creativity and innovation • Commercial potential • Presentation quality • Impact and relevance • Technical content The judges’ decision is final and no objections or appeals will be entertained. |
| 7. Intellectual Property Participants retain ownership of their projects and intellectual property rights. However, the organizer reserves the right to use submitted materials for promotional, publication, educational, and documentation purposes with proper acknowledgment to participants. |
| 8. Code of Conduct Participants must maintain professionalism and respectful communication throughout the competition. Any inappropriate behavior, cheating, or misconduct may result in disqualification. |
| 9. Organizer Rights The organizer reserves the right to: • Amend the rules and regulations • Change the competition schedule • Postpone or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances Any amendments will be announced through official communication channels. |
| 10. Awards and Certificates E-certificates will be provided to participants. Awards and prizes will be given according to the judging results and organizer’s decision. |
| 11. Disqualification Participants may be disqualified if they: • Submit false information • Commit plagiarism • Fail to follow submission guidelines • Miss the online presentation session without valid reason • Violate any competition rules set by the organizer |
